A master’s graduate with First Class Honours in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. During my masters, I had a module based on CAD modelling using Solid Works, where I had successfully submitted a CAD model of an spur gear. Also, had carried out stress analysis on the modelled part. This module has given me an overall proficiency of SolidWorks and capability to work on any task individually. At the same time, I have hands on experience with Matlab. I have successfully presented many Matlab simulated programs using various programming algorithms. For my masters project which was based on ‘Co-deposition of nickel-SiC using Pulse reverse plating techniques to produce nano composites’. Majority of the work was undertaken at the university which made me utilize all the resources and advanced technological equipment like scanning electron microscopy. After course completion, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in the department of engineering. I have assisted in demonstrating mechanical oriented first year labs concerning flow measurements in pipes, and electrical oriented labs based on circuit design and analysis using P Spice. Also, assisted in second year labs helping students to learn about material selection in devices using CES Edupack software, as well as different engineering materials micro structural properties and processing. Furthermore, I have helped in for fourth year module involving conceptual design process for turbofan engines with improvements in aero engine design configurations. I have designed various machinery including road tankers, generating sets, pumps, compressors, hydraulic mechanical handling equipment, lifting gear and even a battery powered mobile hoist for Torness Nuclear power station. I have received industrial training in the UK from National Grid, the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) and the National Fluid Power Centre (NFPC). I am an expert with Inventor, and in recent years have also become competent with Fusion 360 and Solidworks. CAD software is so good nowadays, that it is quite easy to model something. Where I have proven to be outstanding is with my application of mechanical design analysis and enough experience to know how to apply theoretical methods to reality and what works. Where necessary I can present comprehensive design substantiation e.g. to meet design standards such as BS / ISO or machinery directive and obtain CE / UKCA marking. I am expert with MathCAD and Excel for producing and presenting calculations that have held up to scrutiny. Where appropriate I will produce FEA with Inventor and ANSYS for stress analysis of more complex geometry and loading situations. During my Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (later incorporated to MSc), I studied the numerical methods involved in FEA, and this combined with experience in aftermarket looking at part failure with Howden Process Compressors, now informs how I use these tools and allows me to use FEA effectively and realistically. I have solid understanding of key manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, welding, and fitting, having always worked closely with the shop floor, soaking up knowledge and enjoying the camaraderie. I am interested in innovative technology and in recent years I have produced successful designs for mechanical components made by 3d printing of plastic. I have extensive knowledge of industrial components and suppliers and have often saved the time and expense of design and manufacture by knowing of an appropriate off-the-shelf part. In summary, with many years of industrial mechanical design experience, and being a generally trustworthy and conscientious person, taking pride in what I do, I represent exceptional value for money and a choice that you will not regret

I am a product designer with a formal education in mechanical engineering (master degree) who has always been eager to learn and develop himself. My knowledge is quite broad and I can assist clients with all of their different needs, although being broad I would dare to say that my knowledge is also quite detailed and specialized. I work full-time as a freelancer therefore I will always be available for work, communication, feedback and regular updates. My projects: - design and stress analysis of an aeroplane medical stretcher bed (Turkish Tecnic, Turkey), - writing technical documents for stress analysis of aircraft structures (ASELSAN, Turkey), - various financial spreadsheets (with macros), - logistics trade software (MVS, C#) - PINKI Project (as part of the CGP team; the project was awarded as GrabCAD best collaborative model), - molds for plastic injection (Bekto Precisa, Bosnia and Herzegovina), - stress analysis of pressure vessels (3dmehanika, Bosnia and Herzegovina), - design and stress analysis of a composite bicycle frame (master thesis), - many other projects which where done under NDA agreements and cannot be presented (I actually do respect the NDA agreements and do not promote these projects for this reason). Now, I am studying master in Robotics and Computer vision. I Work With Autodesk Fusion360,Inventor,Solidworks,Ansys,Catia For Designing 3D models , Render,Test,Analyze the Product and Implement Mathematical Models to help understanding the Designing and Construction with MatLab and Python. I’ve worked in three major industrial companies, Made a lot of Projects Such as Robots, CNC machines, and industrial equipment. For example, I have designed mechanical models and implementation stages of production for many Pressing, Molding, Forming, Fixtures & Jaw, Lathes, Drillers, and Milling Machines. I participated in the design of these machines from the draft and tested them on analysis programs (such as ANSYS, Autodesk Nastran, ABAQUS, COMSOL, and many other applications), and conducted many experiments and tests to know the changes that would occur to the design such as (stress analysis, vibration analysis, etc.) And the use of Matlab and Python to applying all possible analysis methods even to the most complex combinations and mechanisms.
